I know I&#8217;m not fat but for the past few days I&#8217;ve felt absolutley huge, and I&#8217;m trying so hard to lose weight and tone up. I go to the gym 4 times a week on top of all the dance I do AND I&#8217;m pretty much eating rabbit food throughout the day. I&#8217;m exhausted all the time and at first I did lose 2 kilos which made me feel amazing but I swear I&#8217;ve just put it all back on again, its like im in some vicious cycle.
